  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent technical writing skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience developing technical documentation for enterprise software users, system administrators, and other technical audience
  • Experience with IT and/or enterprise software
  • A strong understanding of the documentation development process, the software development process, and product lifecycles
  • Ability to understand and record big picture of product interactions and integrations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with globally-distributed and culturally-diverse departments


  • Collaborate directly with engineering and product teams to understand the features and operating procedure of product and processes
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions
  • Gather information based on product functionality/enhancements, project meetings, interviews, and feedbacks
  • Record requirements by creating use cases, functional and requirement specifications documents
  • Perform requirements analysis
  • Participate in the design and development meetings
  • Recommend solutions and improvements
  • Participate in technical meetings
  • Ensure that documentation is updated for each product release
